About Behavior Change

Any and ALL change is a process.

Behavior change must be approached with a heart of patience and willingness to get uncomfortable. 

While change doesn't happen fast, it does happen, and it can happen for anyone. 

One of the most important aspects of behavior change is readiness; that feeling of being sick and tired of being sick and tired. This is when we are ready to step into the uncomfortable spaces that creating change requires. When we are ready to work hard, we can change anything we set our minds to changing.
