Be prepared for a really cool virtual auction to include: pottery, gift cards, yoga props, yoga mats and more. 

Be prepared to let go of stress and connect to the heart of spring through our Laughter Yoga fundraising event. 

Prepare to share fun, silly, gentle movement from the comfort of your own home (zoomland). All while whipping up some fun, creating contagious laughter and releasing a lot of 'feel good' hormones. But most importantly you will be helping families with special needs feel included in their communities through free inclusive community movement classes, inclusive school programming and special needs advocacy. The special needs population is often overlooked and we are ready to help change this dynamic. Now is the time for us to lift each other up and shine a light through the darkness. 

After our gentle (&fun) movement, we will unleash more laugher with three rounds of 'virtual yoga skits' (improv). 

• Two yogis (regular people who also do yoga) will attempt to 'out funny' the other in live, playful and funny action skits. After a 10 second preview, participants will place their votes (*tokens) on who they think will get the most laughs. Who knows what will happen in the name of laughter and charity!! 

A live auction will follow the movment to help further support our mission in bringing more inclusive movement classes to students with special needs through specialized yoga teacher training and free community inclusive classes, both virtual and in-person. Our auction includes local artists and businesses; along with some other needful services (like house cleaning and space organizing)! 

We will end our time together with a fun and playful guided gratitude practice.

This is an event you don't want to miss. We've all been cooped up & for way too long! Let's at least get together and laugh it out for a good cause. I promise you won't be disappointed. 

*Virtual tokens will be used to place your votes. Tokens can be purchased with your event ticket or separately ($2.00 each).

Best Self Wellness yoga for Special Needs  is a 501c3 non-profit organization bringing yoga inclusivity to those with special needs and bringing awareness to the community at large. We offer yoga teacher training to expand the community of teachers providing these classes, as well as offer school based programs, community classes, and events. We believe that everyone deserves access to wellness services promoting vitality, physical fitness, stress management, while keeping fun at the core of everything.
